Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with JD Designs! We are committed to delivering your order quickly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below:

General Shipping Information

  • Standard Processing Time: All non-custom orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Custom Order Processing Time (Including Photo Inserts): Orders that include custom work, such as photo inserts, require a processing time of 5-7 business days.

  • Notification: You will receive a separate email notification when your order has shipped.

  • Shipping Carriers: We primarily use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all shipments.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

1. Jewelry Orders

  • Method: USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail

  • Cost: $11.70

  • Details: All jewelry orders are shipped using a USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail service to ensure the secure and reliable delivery of your valuable items. 

  • Estimated Delivery (after processing): 3-5 business days

2. Insert-Only Orders

  • Method: USPS First Class

  • Cost: FREE

  • Details: Orders consisting only of inserts qualify for free shipping via USPS First Class mail.

  • Estimated Delivery (after processing): 2-5 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the USPS website.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Lost or Damaged Packages

JD Designs is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at orderjourneylockets@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Replacements, Exchanges, and Refunds

Refund Policy

JD Designs does not offer refunds on items purchased, except in cases where the item is determined to be damaged upon arrival.

Damaged Items (Refund Exception)

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at orderjourneylockets@gmail.com. You must include your order number and clear photographs of the damage.

  • If the damage is confirmed, you will be offered a replacement, an exchange, or a full refund.

  • We will provide instructions for returning the damaged item and will cover the return shipping costs.

Replacements and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase (and the item is not damaged), we are happy to offer an exchange or a replacement, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The exchange or replacement request must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

  • Please contact us at orderjourneylockets@gmail.com to begin the process. Do not send the item back before receiving confirmation and instructions from us.

  • Custom Orders: Exchanges or replacements for items with custom photo inserts are only available if the custom work was completed incorrectly by JD Designs.
